The Jaycees of Cecil County co-host the Senior Citizen Prom with the Cecil County Department of Aging.  The Jaycees started this project but later the Department of Aging become more and more involved.  This is an evening of dinner and dancing where seniors are able to attend for a very minimum fee.  The Jaycees prepare and serve the dinner, take and get developement pictures of the guest, and assist with the preperation and running of the event.  Although, this is usually a long hard day, we always have such a blast!
